IBM Enterprise Design Thinking
During a semester-long course taught by six top designers from IBM*, this project involved Raleigh-based non-profit Neighbor To Neighbor (N2N) and used a human-centered problem-solving approach to develop practical solutions.
Initially tasked with increasing N2N campus space, I interviewed stakeholders and performed onsite observations, which revealed the core issue was administrative rather than space-related. I managed team content for consistent presentations and designed all presentation decks, adapting to unforeseen challenges such as the pandemic, necessitated presenting the final solution virtually. This experience honed my ability to uncover root causes, adapt to changing project scopes, and deliver effective solutions in dynamic environments. *Brian Burnette, Kim Holmes, Jillian Quiller, Steve Kim, Zach Nilsson, Kevin Schulz
